These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and The Knowledge Gap Consulting Services(“Business,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) regarding your use of our business growth coaching services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
We provide business growth coaching to assist and support clients in achieving their business objectives. Our services may include one-on-one coaching, group programs, workshops, webinars, and online resources.
Migration & Set Up
The following standard workflows are set up for the client by the company’s team:

Email open notifications
Auto text for missed called
Auto ask for reviews
Appointment reminders
There will be up to 3 customized automations built for the client by the company’s team.
The company’s team will be available for 2 hours of customization and training meetings.
The company’s team will set up with the client basic integrations such as Quickbooks, Google, Stripe, etc for the client.
The company’s team will set up 1 custom integration for the client. A custom integration is an automation that connects external tools or systems to Velocity 360 using APIs, allowing the client to bring in data or trigger actions that aren’t built-in by default.
The follow system set up is done with the client with the company’s team:

The client’s monthly subscription includes full access to the Velocity 360 Platform and all its features. While most tools—like automations, calendars, and similar features—are fully covered with no additional cost, high-usage items such as emails, SMS messages, phone calls, call recordings, and automated voicemails may incur small additional usage fees. These charges are detailed in the billing dashboard of the client’s Velocity 360 account.
Subscriptions are based the number of users and total contacts as reflected below:
Essentials: up to 2 users and up to 1500 contacts
Professional: up to 5 users and up to 3000 contacts
Scalable: up to 30 users and unlimited contacts
The monthly subscription does not include the following whose pricing is clearly marked in your Velocity 360 account where the client is prompted to upgrade the overall subscription to allow for those services:

Client responsibilities
Client agrees to submit the following forms to the best of their knowledge:
Active Participation & Engagement
Clients agree to actively engage in all scheduled sessions by showing up prepared, on time, and ready to collaborate. Pre-work and follow-up assignments should be completed in a timely manner to maintain progress.
Timely Communication
Clients are expected to respond to communication within 1–2 business days, notify the company of any schedule changes within 24 hours of a scheduled meeting, and maintain consistent communication — especially if priorities shift. If the clients reschedule a single meeting more than twice, the company will charge a rescheduling fee of $150.
Transparent Access to Information
Clients will provide full access to necessary business information, documents and additional platforms, to ensure our recommendations are informed and effective. This needs to be done prior to or on the initial meeting. Clients agree to provide all copy needed for email templates, SMS templates, voicemail templates, etc.
Decision-Making & Implementation Ownership
Clients are responsible for making final decisions and ensuring that strategies, systems, and actions assigned to their business are executed consistently and thoroughly. During the initial onboarding process, clients need to be clear on their expectations and specifications.If after the initial 30 days the client wants something revised or changed, the client will either need to pay for the changes specified based on our ongoing automation design or additional training rates or make the changes on their own. The company does provide dozens of hours of video support and a full Velocity 360 set up course so the client can customize their Velocity 360 account with the least friction possible.
Follow-Through & Accountability
Success requires momentum. Clients are expected to follow through on their commitments and proactively communicate any roadblocks that arise as soon as possible. The quicker that you can notify our team, the quicker the company’s team can address the problem.
Feedback & Flexibility
Clients agree to give timely and honest feedback, remain open to new approaches, and pivot strategies when needed to achieve the best possible outcomes based on the functionality of Velocity 360.
Professionalism & Respect Expectations Clients will treat the company’s team with professionalism and respect, uphold agreed-upon boundaries (including response times and scheduling), and honor contractual commitments.
Tailored Strategy & Execution Support
The company commits to delivering customized guidance through the Velocity 360 system, aligned with the client’s specific business model, stage of growth, and goals as outlined in the client’s V360 discovery form, V360 scope form, and agreed to by the client in the V360 scope signature form. Client agrees to pay at least 50% of their set up fee plus their first month subscription fee prior to the onboarding meeting for their personalized Velocity 360 account.
Proactive Project Leadership
The company’s team will manage timelines, anticipate potential roadblocks, and drive the process forward with intentionality. The company’s goal is to get your Velocity 360 account done and finished within 4 weeks to 5 weeks depending on complexity and client cooperation. The company cannot guarantee completion deadlines if the client is slow to communicate and share crucial data and preferences with the onboarding team.
Clear & Strategic Communication
The company will communicate in a timely, professional, and strategic manner — providing clear next steps, progress updates, and answers to client questions within 24 hours on a weekday, and then by Monday for all support that comes in over the weekend. The company’s team will be asking for your feedback throughout the entire process. If after the initial 30 days the client wants something revised or changed, the client will either need to pay for the changes specified based on our ongoing automation design or additional training rates or make the changes on their own. The company does provide dozens of hours of video support and a full Velocity 360 set up course so the client can customize their Velocity 360 account with the least friction possible.
Confidentiality & Trust
All client information will be kept strictly confidential. The company prioritizes integrity and discretion in all aspects of our work and communication.
High-Impact Tools & Systems
The company will equip clients with proven frameworks, tools, and automation systems that multiply time and streamline sales, marketing, and operations. These are delivered through the Velocity 360 custom set up process.
Ongoing Guidance & Accountability
The company will serve as a strategic thought partner, providing feedback, accountability, and clarity every step of the way — not just advice, but implementation.
Commitment to ResultsThe company’s goal is to help clients reclaim their time and amplify their impact. The company commits to excellence in everything the company does, and the company measures success by the transformation delivered. The company wants the client to have a 5 star experience so the client can scale, and as the client scales, the client can share about their Velocity 360 results with their friends!
In the event that a client’s usage or charges exceed the agreed-upon maximum amount or service tier, the overage must be rectified by the next billing cycle. If unresolved, Knowledge Gap LLC reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for the outstanding difference.
If a payment method is declined for any reason, Knowledge Gap LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend access to services until the issue is resolved and the account is brought current. Payment for services rendered by Knowledge Gap LLC is due within thirty (30) days of the stated due date on the invoice. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe will result in Knowledge Gap LLC charging the payment method on file for the full outstanding balance.
No Resale or Repackaging.
You are prohibited from reselling, repackaging, or redistributing our CRM, Consulting Services, Templates, Courses, and any other intellectual property or trade secrets in any way, whether in whole or in part, without our express written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Any attempt to resell, repackage, or redistribute our CRM Services without our permission will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate termination of your account.
Support is defined as the following:
An automation that was built by Knowledge Gap LLC is not properly working.
Phone numbers are not working properly.
Text messages are not sent properly.
Opportunities are not showing up in the pipeline
The domain is not connecting.
My emails are not sending properly.
My calendar booking link isn’t working.
Additional automation design is defined as the following:
I need a new way to communicate with my leads.
I just started using an additional software- can you all integrate it into the system
I want to change how my forms send information to clients.
I made a new form. Based on the submission, I need it to create an invoice for me.
Additional training is defined as the following;
I hired a new team member and I want you guys to train them.
I thought I understood how the system works, but now I need some additional help.
Our team needs some additional training now that we are used to the system to fully utilize Velocity 360. Can your team come in and do a round two more in-depth training with us?
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of our Services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses related to your use of our Services.
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship by providing written notice. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees incurred before termination. In the event of any breach of these Terms & Conditions that requires Knowledge Gap Consulting to pursue legal action to enforce its rights, the client agrees to be responsible for and reimburse all reasonable legal fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred by Knowledge Gap Consulting in connection with such enforcement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Knoxville, Tennessee. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Knoxville.
Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors to support services like customer service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy: {Link to Privacy Policy}.
