He is the founder and CEO of The Knowledge Gap Company, which provides coaching, consulting, and content creation services to business and entrepreneurs. With extensive experience in sales leadership and public speaking, Joe has a proven track record of success. He is also the President of The Knowledge Gap Foundation, dedicated to helping young people find their purpose. A devout Christian and family man, Joe credits his achievements to his faith and the support of his wife.
Brandy Lydon
Brandy Lydon graduated in 2004 from the University of Tennessee, majoring in psychology! She is a local relator and Investor in Knoxville, TN. Brandy is an entrepreneur, who started and owned multiple businesses. One is Lydon Properties! Brandy has two kids, Riley and Beckam! She loved traveling and spending time being a mom.

Ben Bostick
After being expelled from the Naval Academy Prep School for failing a drug test, Ben Bostick spiraled into a decade of substance abuse and isolation. The COVID-19 quarantine forced him to confront his destructive behavior, and he embarked on a fitness journey. Moving to Knoxville to start a new life, he discovered he was going to be a father, solidifying his commitment to change and inspiring him to help others overcome similar changes.

Roxy Lyons, Jr., a dedicated mentor, and coach at Emerald Youth, combines his passion for sports with his commitment to youth development. The Shaver family faced a crisis in 2021 when Rickey Shaver nearly succumbed to COVID pneumonia, resulting in job losses and financial strain.
